Corten is a specialty steel, that forms a protective layer as it rusts, ensuring the longevity of your custom piece.
On receipt of order / deposit the requested design is drawn up and sent through for approval before we begin the fabrication process. Once the design is approved please allow 1-2 weeks for fabrication, please note during peak times lead time can increase to 6 weeks.
Please note letterboxes do not come pre rusted, the rust process will occur naturally over a few weeks in the elements.
