Our modern letterbox range is made to order using 3mm Corten steel. Corten is a specialty steel, that forms a protective layer as it rusts, ensuring the longevity of your custom piece.
 
On receipt of order / deposit the requested design is drawn up and sent through for approval before we begin the fabrication process. Once the design is approved please allow 2-3 weeks for corten letterboxes and up to 4-5 weeks for powder coated letterboxes.
Lead times may be increased, depeding on workload at time of order. Please contact us for current lead time. 
 
Please note letterboxes do not come pre rusted, the rust process will occur naturally over a few weeks in the elements.
 
As standard our letterboxes come with the option to attach reo legs to concrete into place or internal flanges to bolt to existing concrete.
 
Custom sizes and designs are available on request.
 
If you would like to pay a 50% deposit and balance on pick up please send us an email and we can send through an invoice for you.
